Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a payment, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the service details needed to complete your request (such as case caption, address to serve, or documents to notarize). We collect only what is necessary to perform the service you've requested.
How we use it
- To schedule and perform notary, process serving, and court filing services.
- To send confirmations, receipts, and status updates about your job.
- To meet recordkeeping requirements under Florida law for notarial acts and service of process.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to complete your service (for example, filing with the court) or as required by law.
Payment security
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card number, expiration, and CVC are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We retain only a non-sensitive record of the transaction (service, amount, invoice number, and date) for our books.
Confidentiality
Documents you provide for notarization, service, or filing are handled confidentially and used only for the purpose of completing your job. Physical documents are returned or filed as instructed, and digital copies are retained only as long as needed for our records or as required by law.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal recordkeeping obligations) by contacting us at the details below.
