The word "Legal" in our registered name, Your Legal Support, LLC, explicitly refers to the business-to-business (B2B) administrative and support services that our company provides directly to Florida law firms and legal professionals. It does not mean, imply, or suggest that we provide legal services or attorney representation to the general public.
Limitation of Services to the General Public
Our only direct interaction and contact with members of the general public is strictly limited to performing standard, non-preparer administrative tasks. These services are limited to:
- Notary Public Services — acting strictly in an official, non-advisory capacity under state notary laws.
- Certified Loan Signing Agent Services — acting as a neutral third party to facilitate loan document execution.
- Process Serving — delivering legal and court documents as authorized by law.
No Document Preparation, Selection, or Choice
Your Legal Support, LLC does not write, draft, prepare, or choose any documents for you. We will not select forms on your behalf, nor will we advise you on which documents you need.
